Torch Systems, LLC was founded in September 2005 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Torch Technologies, Inc.  Torch Systems is focused on providing superior scientific and engineering services to prime contractors and selected government customers.  Our core competencies include the following scientific and engineering services:

• Weapon Technologies including Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), Electro-Optical (EO) & Infrared (IR) sensors/seekers, signal & object processing, target discrimination & countermeasures, and endgame performance.
• System Engineering & Integration (SE&I) with a strong background in requirements flowdown & allocation, trades studies, system synthesis, system interoperability, and system verification.
• Modeling and Simulation (M&S) with emphasis primarily on engineering level simulations including all digital simulations, system Software-in-the-Loop (SWIL) simulations, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) simulations.
• Test and Evaluation (T&E) ranging from component tests, qualification tests, development tests, ground tests, flight tests, distributed tests, and integrated tests.  Our personnel are experienced with tests planning, integration, processes, procedures, readiness reviews, execution, data reduction & analyses, and reporting.
• Program and Business Management to including proposal development, risk assessment, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Statement of Work (SOW), Basis of Estimates (BOE), Bill of Materials (BOM), Other Direct Costs (ODC), and Estimate at Completion (EAC).
