nLogic is seeking individuals with the following qualifications:

 

System Test Engineer (NL-10-0xx):  Eight (8) or more years experience with system test and evaluation of missile and target vehicle systems.  Primary duties include planning all aspects of test planning, preparation of related documentation, on-site support of launch missions, and post flight reporting.  Candidate is desired to have experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA).  Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field is required as minimum.  Must be able to work well within a team environment.  Must be able to simultaneously work multiple complex tasks.  Must be able to communicate well with senior leadership.  Must be able to understand how to obtain and explain detailed technical information to non-technical personnel.  Must have highly developed written and oral skills.  Must be proactive and energetic.  Ability to learn and understand technical details of all subsystems of complex designs.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Air-Launched Vehicle Design (NL-10-0xx):  Eight (8) or more years experience with mechanical design of missile and target air-launched vehicle systems.  Primary duties include mechanical designs including carriage design and release mechanisms.  Candidate is desired to have experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA).  Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field is required as minimum.  Must be able to work well within a team environment.  Must be able to simultaneously work multiple complex tasks.  Must be able to communicate well with senior leadership.  Must be able to understand how to obtain and explain detailed technical information to non-technical personnel.  Must have highly developed written and oral skills.  Must be proactive and energetic.  Ability to learn and understand technical details of all subsystems of complex designs.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Mechanical Design (NL-10-0xx):  Five (5) or more years experience with mechanical design of missile and target air-launched vehicle systems.  Primary duties include drawing development in Pro/ENGINEER and drawing conversion from I-DEAS to Pro/ENGINEER.  Candidate is desired to have experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA).  Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field is required as minimum.  Must be able to work well within a team environment.  Must be able to simultaneously work multiple complex tasks.  Must be able to communicate well with senior leadership.  Must be able to understand how to obtain and explain detailed technical information to non-technical personnel.  Must have highly developed written and oral skills.  Must be proactive and energetic.  Ability to learn and understand technical details of all subsystems of complex designs.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Target Vehicle Analyst (NL-10-0xx):  Ten (10) or more years experience with analysis of foreign target launch systems.  Primary duties include design assessments and associated performance capabilities.  Candidate is desired to have experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA).  Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field is required as minimum.  Must be able to work well within a team environment.  Must be able to simultaneously work multiple complex tasks.  Must be able to communicate well with senior leadership.  Must be able to understand how to obtain and explain detailed technical information to non-technical personnel.  Must have highly developed written and oral skills.  Must be proactive and energetic.  Ability to learn and understand technical details of all subsystems of complex designs.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Launch Support Equipment (NL-10-0xx):  Ten (10) or more years experience with common launch support equipment of missile and target systems.   Candidate is desired to have experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA).  Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field is required as minimum.  Must be able to work well within a team environment.  Must be able to simultaneously work multiple complex tasks.  Must be able to communicate well with senior leadership.  Must be able to understand how to obtain and explain detailed technical information to non-technical personnel.  Must have highly developed written and oral skills.  Must be proactive and energetic.  Ability to learn and understand technical details of all subsystems of complex designs.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Radio Frequency Engineer (NL-10-0xx):  Ten (10) or more years experience with radio frequency design of remote launch of missile and target systems.   Primary duties include radio frequency design and performance analysis of remote launch test equipment.  Candidate is desired to have experience with Missile Defense Agency (MDA).  Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or related field is required as minimum.  Must be able to work well within a team environment.  Must be able to simultaneously work multiple complex tasks.  Must be able to communicate well with senior leadership.  Must be able to understand how to obtain and explain detailed technical information to non-technical personnel.  Must have highly developed written and oral skills.  Must be proactive and energetic.  Ability to learn and understand technical details of all subsystems of complex designs.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Software Developer (NL-10-002): Candidate must have five (5) or more years experience with software development life cycle fundamentals.  Candidate must have demonstrated working knowledge of missile defense systems.  Candidate is desired to have experience with Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD).  Candidate will develop software for the THAAD Simulation-Over-Live-Driver (SOLD) Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) software suite.  Candidate will also perform development testing and software item testing on various components of the SOLD software including the Enhanced THAAD Test Controller (ETTC), Radar Digital Signal Injector Software (RDSIS), Missile Launcher and Missile Model.  Candidate must be proficient with Ada and should have familiarity with C, C++, scripting languages and Matlab.  Candidate needs to be a self starter with good verbal communication skills.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (Physics and Math will also be considered).  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have interaction with the Government customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Accounting Administrator (NL-10-001):  Audit timesheets for accuracy and adherence to company and government policies. Verify employee expense reports comply with Federal Acquisitions Regulations and Joint Travel Regulations. Process payroll, compute leave, and track taxes/insurance/401(K)/other deductions. Prepare and audit payroll reports. Process employee automatic deposits for payroll and expense reports. Prepare/review purchase orders. Process accounts payables. Reconcile credit card receipts. Generate customer invoices and track accounts receivables. Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Perform account reconciliation and journal entries. Conduct month-end reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Prepare and submit year-end financial audits and external audits. Reconcile statements and track account status, research discrepancies. Generate financial reports such as accounts payable, accounts receivables, and profit and loss reports. Prepare consolidated financial statements for parent company and subsidiary. Compute deductions for income and social security taxes. Submit payroll taxes – monthly, quarterly and end of year. Complete and submit tax forms and returns, workers' compensation forms, pension contribution forms, and other government documents. Generate W-2 for employees; maintain W-9 forms for subcontractors and consultants; and support 1099 processing and tax reporting. Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements. Monitor status of loans and accounts to ensure that payments are up to date. Calculate and prepare checks for utilities, taxes, and other payments. Compute overhead (customer site and company site), general & accounting, and material & handling budgets. Minimum of 5 years experience with financial systems, budgets, reporting, data analysis, auditing, and taxation. Accounting degree or equivalent. Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and principles. Understanding of auditing practices and principles with experience supporting DCAA audits. Knowledge of applicable laws, codes and regulations. Knowledge and experience of Deltek GCS Premier. Attention to detail and accuracy.  Planning and organizing. Strong communication skills.

Test Engineer (NL-09-002) :  Candidate must have five (5) or more years of hardware and software testing experience.  Candidate should have knowledge of requirement verification and creation of test documentation to include test plans and test reports.  Candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs including Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline.  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have daily interaction with the government customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Command Post Field Service Representative (NL-09-004) :  Candidate must have five (5) or more years of direct knowledge of distributed ground test environments.  Candidate should be at ease at solving moderate to complex hardware/software integration issues quickly and efficiently.  Candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs including Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidate is desired to have knowledge of Missile Defense System Exerciser (MDSE) framework.  Candidate should understand truth networks, tactical message networks and the distributed test framework.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline.  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have daily interaction with the government customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Plug and Fight Kit Field Service Representative (NL-09-005) :  Candidate must have five (5) or more years of hardware and software integration.  Candidate should be at ease at solving moderate to complex hardware/software integration issues quickly and efficiently.  Candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs including Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidate is desired to have knowledge of Missile Defense System Exerciser (MDSE) framework.  Candidate should understand the distributed test framework.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline.  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have daily interaction with the government customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Software Test Engineer (NL-09-009) :  Candidate must have five (5) or more years of experience with software testing.  Candidate should feel comfortable in creating test documentation ranging from software test plans to software test reports to software test incident reports.  Candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs including Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidate is desired to have knowledge of Missile Defense System Exerciser (MDSE) framework.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline.  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have daily interaction with the government customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Modeling and Simulation Engineer (NL-09-010) :  Candidate must have five (5) or more years of direct knowledge of modeling and simulation approaches and tools.  Candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs including Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidate is desired to have knowledge of Missile Defense System Exerciser (MDSE) framework.  Candidate should understand truth networks, tactical message networks and distributed test framework.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline.  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have daily interaction with the government customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.     

Systems Engineer (NL-09-011) :  Individual will provide technical, analytical, and engineering support for Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs.  Candidate should have direct knowledge of IAMD programs including Patriot, MEADS, Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidates should have experience with Tactical Data Links, including Link 16, USMTF messages, CIXS XML schema.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline and 5+ years of experience.  Demonstrated self-initiative, leadership, and customer interface skills are essential.  Candidate will be located on-site at the customer facility and will have daily interaction with the government customer.   Must possess the ability to clearly express ideas/concepts, perform as part of a team, and be capable of operating in a multi-tasking environment.  Travel requirements are expected to be minimal.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.

Senior Systems Analyst (NL-09-012):  The ideal candidate will be a Systems Analyst with 15 to 20 years of experience that provides leadership and prepares documentation to substantiate a project. Provides input to the Project Leader and the Program Manager on which analyses of systems and technologies is made. Is extremely knowledgeable of missile defense and radar systems, ground test event planning and data analysis.  Provides recommendations to the Program Manager for solutions to policy problems and conflicts.   Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university is required.   Advanced skills in MS Office with the ability to work independently to produce consistently exceptional work; high level of organizational skills; superior interpersonal skills; executive level writing and briefing skills; demonstrated experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, high stress environment and deliver on-time products. Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Systems Analyst (NL-09-013):  The ideal candidate will be a Systems Analyst with 5 to 15 years of experience that supports leadership and prepares documentation to substantiate a project. Provides input to the Project Leader and the Program Manager on which analyses of systems and technologies is made. Is knowledgeable of missile defense and radar systems, ground test event planning and data analysis.  Provides recommendations to the Project Leader for solutions to policy problems and conflicts.   Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university is required.   Advanced skills in MS Office with the ability to work independently to produce consistently exceptional work; high level of organizational skills; superior interpersonal skills; demonstrated experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, high stress environment and deliver on-time products. Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Junior Systems Analyst (NL-09-014):  The ideal candidate will be a Systems Analyst with 0 to 5 years of experience that prepares documentation to substantiate a project. Supports the Project Leader and the Program Manager on analyses of ground test events and missile systems.   Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university is required.   Skills in MS Office with the ability to work independently to produce consistently exceptional work; experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, high stress environment and deliver on-time products is a plus. Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Requirements System Engineer (NL-09-016):  Candidate must have five (5) or more years of direct knowledge of using DOORS tool.  Candidate must have direct experience with requirements flowdown process.  Candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs including Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline.  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have daily interaction with the customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be minimal.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Junior Software Test Engineer (NL-09-018):  The ideal candidate will be a Software Test Engineer with 0 to 5 years of experience that prepares documentation to substantiate a project. Supports the Project Leader and the Program Manager on analyses of ground test events and missile systems.   Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline from an accredited university is required.   Skills in MS Office with the ability to work independently to produce consistently exceptional work; experience working under pressure in a fast-paced, high stress environment and deliver on-time products is a plus. Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Environmental Test Engineer (NL-09-021):  Candidate must have five (5) or more years of environmental test scenario planning and testing experience.  Candidate should have knowledge of environmental requirement verification and creation of test documentation to include test plans and test reports.  Candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs including Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline.  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have daily interaction with the government customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Operational Test Engineer (NL-09-023):  Candidate must have five (5) or more years of operational test scenario planning and testing experience.  Candidate should have knowledge of threat requirement verification and creation of test documentation to include test plans and test reports.  Candidate should have knowledge of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) programs including Sentinel, JLENS, PATRIOT, SLAMRAAM, etc.  Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline.  Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have daily interaction with the government customer.  Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate.  Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information.  Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

System Administrator (NL-09-027) : Candidate must have five (5) or more years of experience with computer system administration. Candidate should have knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking. Experience with Mercury, Silicon Graphics and Hewlett-Packard systems is desired. Candidate should have knowledge of Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) program or other related missile defense programs. Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline. Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have interaction with the government customer. Some travel will be required. Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

Radar Systems Engineer (NL-09-028) : Candidate must have five (5) or more years experience with system engineering fundamentals. Desire four (4) to eight (8) years experience in radar theory and systems to include: system simulation, signal and data processor emulation and performance evaluation. A demonstrated working knowledge of missile defense systems is desirable. Experience with Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) is desirable. Computer Languages: Proficient with Mat lab, familiarity with PERL and C desirable. Candidate needs to be a self starter with very good verbal communication skills. Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics (Math and Computer Science will be considered). Candidate will be located on-site at customer facility and will have interaction with the government customer. Candidate travel requirements are expected to be moderate. Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.

THAAD MDSE Tester and Analyst (NL-09-029) : Candidate must have basic experience in Software Testing and Data Analysis. Experience with Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) including Fire Control, Radar, Missile Launcher, Interceptors, etc is desired. Candidate will be performing system operation, Software Testing and Data Analysis as part of the THAAD Missile Defense System Exerciser (MDSE) team. Candidate must have Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or other technical discipline. Position requires that candidate meet requirements to obtain a final security clearance in order to access classified information. Inability to obtain a security clearance will result in candidate being ineligible for this position.
