Employee Benefits
nLogic offers an excellent benefits package for their
full time employees that includes the following options:

Compensation: nLogic total compensation plan consists of salaries, benefits, bonuses, and stock incentives. Management conducts regular salary reviews to ensure that employee compensation is competitive.

Holidays and Paid Personal Leave: Full time employees are paid for 10 holidays each year. Paid Personal Leave is accrued based on years of service

Health Insurance: nLogic offers Group Health Insurance for all full-time employees. Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama administers the plan.

Dental Insurance: nLogic offers Group Dental coverage for all full-time employees and their dependents.

401K Retirement Plan: nLogic has a 401K Plan in place for all full-time employees.  nLogic makes an annual contribution based on the base salary of each employee.

Short Term/Long-Term Disability Insurance: nLogic provides both short-term and long-term disability insurance to its employees.

Life Insurance and AD&D: nLogic provides all full-time employees Group Term Life and AD&D insurance.  

Employment Stock Ownership: It is the goal of nLogic that each employee becomes a shareholder.   This is currently accomplished through an Employee Stock Option Plan and employees will shortly have the option to purchase shares through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.

Performance Bonus Program: nLogic believes in awarding employees that demonstrate excellence and outstanding service to our customers above and beyond the normal call of duty.
